RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Tippey Toe Kids strives to provide you with the best quality baby accessories. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. We want to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible. Please read our return policy below:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    Personalized or Custom-Made: Items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

     

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. You can reach us via email happytoes@tippeytoekids.com Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please do not return any items without obtaining an RMA number.

     

    • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that came with the product.

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    • Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days. A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified by the customer. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

     

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. - The customer will be responsible for any price difference between the original and exchanged items, as well as any additional shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

     

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with a description and clear photos of the issue. - We will assess the situation and provide you with a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair. Please note that our return policy may be subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing our policy each time you make a purchase.
